Look.

You started out of the gate, like Levi Johnston.

If you have an objection to Governor Palin, say so.

I ask again:

WHO DO YOU SUPPORT IN 2012?

“You started out of the gate, like Levi Johnston.”

No, he didn’t. Palin absolutely needs to perform better than she did in 2008 if she’s going to go anywhere. She absolutely dropped the ball when the heat was on. Granted, she had fire coming from every direction, but that’s life as a conservative on the national stage. Especially when you’re upholding your principles.

It’s a shame a guy like Thompson couldn’t have got his act together and come out of the gate like he meant it. I have no doubts he could handle the heat. Palin, well, she’s got charisma, but can she stand in the lion’s den and come across both competent and collected?

Don’t rule Sarah out, but don’t rule this guy’s line of reasoning, either. A poll came out showing over 70% of pollees didn’t think she was qualified to be president. Any Republican who is going to be President HAS to overcome the criticism of the MSM—just make it blatantly obvious. Palin didn’t.

I think it’s going to take less of a smooth-talker than in 08, seeing as how bad Obama has messed everything up, but we need someone who can still stand in the ring with the guy.

Palin might be our gal. But asking if there’s anything more is perfectly legit and not at all Levi Johnston status. It’s hard to deny Palin’s blunders, even in the face of her crucifixion by the media.
