You have 2 degrees, and you want to change careers? I understand you may wish to become an Electrical Engineer, but there has to be something you can do with the degrees you already have.
If your failure to register with SS is preventing you from returning to school, you will just have to go a different way.
I know things can seem dark, but the important thing is that you and that family of yours are together, everything else is icing. If you lose your home, it stinks, it may not seem fair, but that doesn’t change anything. Your family is not defined by a house, its defined by the people in it, as long as you are together, you will be ok.
Good luck to you, focus on what you need to do for your family since the primary plan didn’t work out, I am sure you’ll do fine as long as you don’t give up.

Stop whinning. Just think if you were black or Mexican or born with sight or hands! Go on welfare and register as a democrat and you’ll feel better...OR...buck up and do the best at each and every thing you do.
Considering how the word "degree" is now often applied to various diplomas and certificates that are not college degrees, then maybe he means, a GED "degree", and an AA dregree in 'Applied Arts'--i.e. basket making?
