It is actually very possible for someone to be born with a female brain. Brain scans have revealed differences and there are cases of some individuals having a brain scan identical to a typical female.

However, I really doubt that such a things could be identified for sure at such a young age... and I also doubt that the "girl" in question could possibly have all the cultural female traits without being influenced.

It is not a genetic predisposition for women to like skirts and pink things. They sure didn't wear those things in neolithic days...

But how common would this be? It seems very rare,and those who believe they were born in the wrong body don’t always have anything biological to back up this belief.
