How can a person on one hand say it’s Constitutional to say the US Constitution is NOT the law of the land. LOL! It’s an oxymoron if you think about it.

Read Article 6. The treaties EXTEND and CO-EXIST with the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land. That's what is in the Constitution. Treaties approved by 2/3rds of the Senators present are considered part of the Supreme Law of the Land.

Read the Constitution, you'll see your argument is moot; it's not saying what you think it says.
