They are really getting old, ceased being funny hours ago, and don't reflect well on the quality of this site, especially for visitors who might be checking out FreeRepublic for the first time.
I mean really. They are starting to get embarrassing. What are we, DemocraticUnderground?

Oh, please...this has been the funniest Friday I have ever had at Free Republic...if we can’t laugh at this nonsense, we will all cry.
I was going to ask the mods if there was anyway to string all these great posts together somehow, so we could share them with the world. Some of them have been genius.
Let’s face it, I’ve been more than wee-wee’d up a few times today over several of these...(my personal favorites include the recent Waldo discovery and the hysterical Star Trek reference from several hours ago...)
Lighten up...but, I would ask you people do a courtesy search of titles to see if your idea has already been posted (several times)...we’ve seen many sports-related wins for our dear president. Just sayin...
