I read in Newsweek that an Eminent Domain case is going to be heard this term by SCOTUS ...
Does anyone have the case name or know when it is on the docket for oral argument ???

Cert was granted earlier in the Summer. Oral arguments are set for Dec of this year.
MUCH obliged, I live outside DC, but have never been to a SCOTUS session - always wanted to go and listen to an important one ...
I shoulda gone to the Kelo v. New Haven session back in 2005 - but I did not think there was a chance in hell that SCOTUS would side with New Haven ...
Then when District of Columbia v. Heller came up - couldn’t get in ...
Guess the third times a charm ???
Maybe its the Duluth Mn. Case, where, YOU can keep the land, WE’LL take the AIR RIGHTS over it and build an elevated PARKING GARAGE. Yup, no kidd’n.
