Fedor Emelianenko and Brett Rogers will face off in a heavyweight main event for Strikeforce on Nov. 7 on CBS. A venue for the event is still to be announced, however ESPN.com and Sherdog.com have both learned from multiple sources that the Sears Centre Arena in Chicago has emerged as the frontrunner for the event.

If Fedor could avoid the large hammer fist of Lesnar, I think he could submit Brock - it would be a good fight. I don’t think the Russian will have much trouble with Rogers, but you never know.

I’m still holding out hope this fight could still happen in a year or 2. A few days ago Fedor said this fight would definitely happen, so who knows?
