The message from President Obama to young people is clear: thank you for voting for me. Now PAY UP!!!!!

The Washington Post today reported on how young people will be forced to pay a disproportionally high amount in health coverage if Obamacare is passed, stating that they could "wind up paying disproportionately hefty premiums -- effectively subsidizing coverage for their parents".

As one commentator translated: "In other words, we’re going to require young people to get health insurance not so much because they need it, but because we need their money."

Cato's Dan Griswold has detected a pattern: "Those same young workers will be forced to pay the bills for soaring Social Security and Medicare expenditures when the Baby Boomers begin retiring en masse a decade from now. And of course, they will be the ones paying off the $9 trillion in additional federal debt expected to be wracked up from the current explosion in federal spending."

Barack, buddy, you’re not averse to printing money out of thin air. Just print some more and pay for everyone’s health care that way. you have no qualms about printing money outof nothing, why tax everyone to death when you can just make money out of thin air and pay the bills with that? You pay other bills that way, pay the healthcare bill that way. Commie putz.

Conservatives and baby boomers have been telling the Congress about this inevitable shortfall for 30 years. Remember when all the boomers were nearly fully employed, women included because it took two incomes to support a family. What did Congress do? Vote for more entitlements. Hell, there was even a surplus of SS/Medicare funds at one point. What did the Congress do? Pool the surplus into the general treasury to balance the budget. Funny how that worked out.

Now they want to cut benefits now that their work horse is getting older. We never wanted this, our parents and the LBJ Democrats voted for this mess. They created this monster and now we are to blame for it. My 14 year old daughter will be a slave to the government.
