Hello Freepers, I am wring a thread about the lifestyles of the liberal and decadent.
Think of the lifestyle of a typical upper class decadent liberal: Living in an affluent and high-priced area (e.g. Beverly Hills, NY, Chicago, etc.) posh car, travels in a stretch limo or Hummer, lives in a mansion or luxury apartment, private jet (if then can afford one), liberal ideologies, DemospLabRat voter, bank account with seven, eight or nine figures, sometimes ten, eleven or twelve, wears posh clothes and even immodestly in revealing dresses (for women), is a party animal, attends movie premieres, logs onto Huffington Post and Daily Kos, drinks the MSM kool-aid hook, line and sinker, and never keeps his/her mouth shut, derides conservatives as 'Nazis', takes drugs and pops pills like M&Ms, committs DUI, breaks the law and gets a slap on the wrist, etc.
These people are wonderfully evil people, that Freepers loathe.
The liberal and decadent: thorn in the side of American society in general.

I just heard that 0bama plans to fly Tiger Woods to the Vineyard to play a round of golf with him. The Vineyard has a new, very exclusive golf course that is almost impossible to get into, unless, you are a very high roller. Tiger may not be able to make it but the offer is on the table.

This is a definite misfire. There’s nothing wrong with being rich. Earned wealth is just that, earned. Go back to where ever you came from as class envy is strictly a leftist ideal.
This new golf course with Tiger Woods, I wonder what they require as documentation to prove that the person applying for membership is who they purport to be? Wouldn’t it be funny if it was a passport or birth certificate or records from college etc etc. Just one record he refuses to show?

True. But I think what the post is referring to is the hypocrisy of the Left who denounce wealth for all but them, because they know better how to use their wealth to bring about social justice for the masses. I think this is what the poster is hinting at.
In the end, I’m with you. Let ‘em achieve what they can as far as their skills and talents will take them. And let me do the same.
Okay, I paid a visit to a couple of sites you had listed above. Are you a 9/11 Truther? And why do you have that trash website listed where it shows that Jim Cavisell (sp) of Passion of the Christ was part of Mel Gibson’s porn pack or some such garbage?
I come from a very wealthy family and while we could easily afford cars and houses like that, we don’t have them and the reality is that neither do the overwhelming majority of wealthy Americans. To try to portray “the rich” as all being a certain way is ignorant and it is indicative of the class-baiting the left engages in.
I don’t know that any studies have ever been done about how the wealthiest 1 to 5% of Americans vote, but I have a feeling that it’s not as lopsided as people think. Additonally, there are other factors that come in to play as well like whether or not the wealth was inherited or earned more recently.
Pretending that wealthy Americans all live in fabulous mansions, drive exotic cars and go to endless parties where they take drugs and get DUIs is NO DIFFERENT from the left saying that people in rural areas are bitter Americans clinging to guns and Bibles.
Just an FYI, the picture of Obama and Paris Hilton ISN’T EVEN REAL, it’s photoshopped.
All of the sites he linked are wackos and the picture of Obama and Paris Hilton is FAKE.
