Think about the mail you're going to get when the pictures from your latest physical go on sale! Let me tell you, I wouldn't give a nickel for’em but who knows?

They may not be published in your paper, but they are available either at the Police Station or your county court house. In my town a reporter goes every day to the Police Station to get all the calls and accident reports, any person can do the same. They are considered public. Did you know in most states every single Last Will and Testiment are filed with the county court and you can go read them?

The police are not selling your information.

Lawyers are looking at police blotters or reading the press beat that covers the police blotters. They are pubic records and the ambulance chaser lawyers are always using them for unsolicited mailings.
