I’d bet all the kids have different fathers, the two oldest the same mother, and the youngest... who knows who his mother is. But she does have his ears, that’s for sure. And just because parents may have light hair does not mean their children will.

I thought this was just some hasbeen looking for spotlight.
Then I looked at the pictures. He could be right. And different fathers, you betcha.
Debbie whatshername that was the mother could have been dyeing her hair too. I don’t remember what color it was but it wasn’t dark (in pictures that is). Who knows what the natural color is.
But since Jackson's mother Katherine had been granted custody of the children, he said all his phone calls and emails had gone unanswered.

You know what they say; Never loan money to friends or family.
I guess it goes for other things as well.
I am also convinced he could never father children due to the female hormones he took to keep his voice from changing.
That is a really good theory.
Personally, I think the man was asexual. Nothing, nada. He may have tried, but no deal.
But honestly I can see his point even if he isn’t the father.
He is the little girl’s Godfather. The kids grew up together.
Momma Jackson should return the calls. Because she isn’t, he is playing the “daddy” card.
I just think that it is a silly situation to get yourself in to.
It is an easily foreseeable possible outcome of donating sperm to a friend that you would naturally form a bond with the ensuing children and that the bond may one day be unilaterally be broken by a falling out of the friendship or the death of the friend.
Such arrangements are much better done anonymously.
With out a doubt Mrs. Jackson is being a small minded selfish person or is receiving some heartless legal advice.

Actually, it does — blonde hair is a recesive trait, so it is genetically impossible for two blonde people to produce a dark haired child.

I agree. The way I see it, Jackson saw the Oliver boy, and decided he wanted that, and actively sought this guy out, always intending to get some of his... material.
