“How did they print crossword puzzles in 1961?”

Don’t you know they took each individual paper, typed a line across, then took the paper out turning it sideways and typing another straight line.

Now that symbol at the top of the page would have been a doozy and taken all day!

(this was sarcasm because I expressed a similiar sentiment to the poster)
