It may be TOO LATE! There are now some constitutional/legislative “theologians” who say that even IF the DemocRAT votes COULD be found to impeach him, that Obama is legally UNIMPEACHABLE, if in fact he is not a natural-born American. They say that, because then he would never have been eligible to hold the office in the first place, and so is NOT the President, and thus CANNOT be impeached! The articles simply would NOT APPLY to him. If so, HOW would he be removed from the White House? Perhaps via an ordinary EVICTION process? Don't let the media bury this story!

You should use your energy educating your children and neighbors about how our country is being changed and how we need to get rid of these statists.

If he's not eligable to be President, but sits as such, I would think civil action without Congress would be sufficient .... any old magistrate from a red state ... or perhaps from DC itself.
If he IS legal, then I would think the Constitutional path is the way to go, 2/3rds and all that.

Well, the first place to start is to ask the question — “Is Obama the President of the United States?”
That answer should be pretty simple, for most normal and rational people as everyone in that category knows he’s the President. But there are a few who say he’s not the President...LOL... Well, I know some people who say we didn’t land on the moon, too... :-)
Suffice it to say that fortunately for us, there are not very many nut cases who say Obama is not the President. They may be loud and noisy but they are not numerous.
Having said that about the President, the next step is that you have specified procedures for removing a President from office. That’s Impeachment by the House and Trial by the Senate. We’ve been through that before with Clinton so we know how that works... (you know... all the “ins and outs” of the procedure...)
So, yes, Obama can be Impeached, theoretically, but will he be Impeached... ummmm..., I doubt it...

SOME GOOD QUESTIONS
More questions and this time, they're really good questions.
I have little interest in getting into the middle of the Obama birth issue, but yesterday Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so and he believes the issue can be resolved by having Obama answer one simple question: How could a young man arrive in New York in early June 1981 without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly, only one month later, find the money for an around-the-world trip?
And, once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he carrying when he passed through U.S. Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, as concerned citizens, they must have the answers.
The ongoing debate over Obama's citizenship can now become a very short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel with?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport,
3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled on a U.S. passport in 1981?
A: No, it is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's
"no travel" list in 1981.
Conclusion:
When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981, he was traveling on either a British or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling on a British passport, that would be proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, and not in Hawaii as he claims.
And, if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport, that would imply that he relinquished whichever citizenship he had held, British or American, prior to being adopted in 1967 by his Indonesian step-father .
Whatever the truth of this matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as indicated by his speech before Congress, and his disastrous spending plan that Congress has passed, the sooner we learn the truth, the better.
If you don't care that your President has not proven that he is a natural born citizen, and may be in clear violation of the Constitution, then just delete this and go back into your cocoon.
If you do care, then send this to as many as you can!

At this point, talk of impeachment is nonsense.
A magistrate files an eviction notice because zero has not proven eligability to be a legal resident of the White House, reserved for exclusive use by a duly elected, LEGAL applicant for the job.
The applicant has not proven eligability and must vacate within 30 days (I know, in the real world, that could mean two years.)
But an eviction notice would be a legal demand for proof of eliganility ... which is ....
Obama will fight the release of this information all the way to the Supreme Court. He will claim executive privilege.

Probably in cuffs and at gunpoint. It’s not nice to occupy the White House illegally: fraud tends to be frowned upon in most polite societies.
