Without come background or context, your speculation is meaningless. As this may seem like a lot of food, but it really isn't.
It very likely is for an anticipated increase in demand for when unemployment runs out, but this is a very sensible thing to plan for, don't you think?

The communist Democrat Party/Barack Obama regime won't be satisfied until they control every farm, supermarket, every private or commercial property, every private home and car, everything you see or hear on TV or the internet and every ones health care. They want complete control of you and me. in addition to the power determine who gets born and who can live. Food lines ---> they are only the beginning.
