Are you serious? Lotrimin under the ol' chesticles? Gotta tell the missus about that one. She's, um....endowed for her height and weight, and has to wear underwire bras at work. The first thing she does when she comes in the door is yank it off because of the itching and sweating she endures during the summer months. She'll occasionally get a rash in what she calls the 'bra zone' because of it.

yep.... after one heat rash, I became a believer.... it cools and seems to get rid of it....

Breast-ease pads or simply using soft tissue underneath and in between the breasts may help your wife.
