I believe the slang reference is spelled “ho”, not “hoe”. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to purchase certain garden tools.
I remember a story about a concerned citizen calling in to complain that a vehicle they saw on the road had the license plate “ISLCRK”; which she read as “I sell crack”.
The concerned civil servants looked up that license and asked the owner about his custom plates. His reply “I live on Island Creek” = “ISLCRK”.

Leave the hoe hanging out the back window and hit any one that gives you greif over the hoe hanging out the back window. Please clean the hoe off after each use!!

Hank - “Jeez, Brent first you steal my idea, now you take hers.”
Lacy - “Yea Brent, why don’t you look Fitzies Grandma in the eye and give her one good reason this town can’t build a great big dirty hoe.”
Brent - “Uh... alright... Well... you see its just that uh.. if.. if .. “ awkward silence “No reason Mam.”
Man 1 - “Now I say we bold some sheetmetal to an old telephone pole”
Woman 1 - “No, the wood’s too dry it’ll crack”.
Brent & Lacy to each other “Crack hoe.”
Brent to Lacy “This really entertain’s you doesn’t it?”
Lacy to Brent “You have no idea.”
