Just watched a video clip of O, attempting to shake hands at some function. They wouldn't touch him.

This was a feed from NBC to our local channel. Two people would not shake his hand, but instead gave their hand to the person behind O, which I assume is the commie president. LMAO!

Think this is old news. But it turns out that the ones who won’t shake are Axelrod and other staff.

When “The One” put out his hand, was it palm down so they could kiss his ring?

I’ve heard that Russians are very prejudiced against African persons. Or they may just be instinctively recoiling at Obama’s obsequiesness to autocrats.

Just double checked the video, there were white, blue red flags in the background.

You are correct about that. I know a Russian family
that is in constant contact with family in the Mother Land
he said they are all laughing at the 0ne.
I wish they would show the everyday people over there,
my friend says the comments that are being shouted are
not what the 0ne is used to. LOL

Did you see the body language of Putin in his meeting with BO today? He was slouched in his chair and did not look at BO, as he lectured BO for 50 minutes on all of Russia’s grievances. That certainly was a dismal failure by a U. S. President, and an embarrassing encounter with the old KGB boss.
