Poor Farrah Fawcett. A month ago, People magazine's Larry Hackett admitted to the Times that she only had one remaining chance for some friendly press: "At this point, Farrah has to die," he said. "It's the only cover left for her." Needless to say, she's missed her chance. Having vanished from the headlines after Michael Jackson's sudden demise, Farrah is just the latest to join a peculiar group: the Eclipsed Celebrity Death Club.

I heard little about Farrah today. She was totally off the nightly newscasts except for a 20/20 special that was too late to bump, I'm guessing.

Oddly enough, I remember the day that both Jim Henson and Sammy Davis, Jr., died. They managed to share the coverage and the spotlight.

But they were, i believe, normal heterosexuals. You have to be a homo-pediphile freak to get real serious 24/7 attention.

May she rest in peace.

Age and cancer took a toll on her. As well as her loved ones.

I think it was FOX that had a crawler under the MJ coverage that said that Ayn Rand was a huge fan of Farrah and she envisioned her in the role of Dagny Taggart in a TV mini series of Atlas Shrugged.

When Farrah Fawcett got to heaven, God asked what she would want. Farrah Fawcett told God that she wanted to keep the kids back in earth safe. So God stopped Micheal Jackson's heart.

Didn’t John Ritter and Johnny Cash die on the same day as well?

Not according to Linda Lovelace. She swears that Sammy liked her husband in the Playboy mansion for some action on the side.

C.S. Lewis died on the same day as JFK, November 22, 1963

Farrah probably made Ayn Rand's ferns tingle...

My Dad's 21st Birthday; and one week before my parents' wedding...put a bit of a damper on the festivities.

As did Huxley. Peter Kreeft wrote a book about Huxley, Lewis and Kennedy meeting right after death and discussing the meanings of life, death and the afterlife from their different perspectives. Lewis (Christian), Kennedy (humanist) and Huxley (pantheism)

Farrah has done a lot to help children. When she arrived in Heaven God told her he would grant her one wish. Farrah said she wanted all the children to be safe. So Michael Jackson was killed.

Mother Teresa died 5 days after Princess Diana died. I remember because of all the hoopla that surrounded Princess Diana's death - the church service, the funeral procession on TV, the sons walking, etc. Whereas far less time was spent showing Mother Teresa's funeral. Only 2-3 hours versus endless hours for Diana. I was happy that they showed it at all.
