Chechen "President" Kadyrov says it's "too early too say..."
Kadyrov said the operation against Umarov was commanded by one of his presidential advisers, Adam Delimkhanov, who is wanted by Dubai in connection with the assassination of a former Chechen military commander there. "We have information that Doku Umarov was badly wounded as part of a special operation conducted by Adam Delimkhanov," Kadyrov said, according to his spokesman. "The bodies of four rebels were found at the scene," Kadyrov said. - Reuters

The former Chechen commander whom stae duma member Adam Delimkhanov allegedly assassinated in Dubai was "Hero of Russia" Sulim Yamadayev. Funny thing is... There are also questions about whether Yamadayev is really dead as well...

Brother says Yamadayev alive, vows revenge on Chechen leader - May 13, 2009 - The Russian consul general in Dubai, Sergei Krasnogor, said: "Dubai police officials, including the police chief, have repeatedly confirmed to me that Sulim Yamadayev had been killed and buried at a local cemetery." Russian diplomats earlier acknowledged they had not been provided with documentary evidence of Sulim's death.

Thanks for the additional info/links Tailgunner Joe.

I have to admit the multiple deaths of 1 subject is always fascinating.

There’s a number of jihadis that have been killed at least 4 times.
