I did Physical Therapy for my Back before my Surgery, and After my Surgery for Many Weeks, and it is a Valuable Help. I still Do Some of the Exercises Today to Maintain Strength and More Freedom of Movement. The Physical Therapists I had before my Surgery were Very Nice, and the PT in the Weeks Following my Surgery I did at Home; the Doctor Gave me a Printed Sheet with the Exercises on them.
