maybe the palins were limiting his access to the baby because they were afraid he would do something retarded . . . like use his infant as a prop in a photo shoot.

That's pretty ironic since the Palins didn't hesitate to use him on stage as a prop during her campaign.

you are ignoring the obvious.

there is a HUGE difference between a 19 year old adult, who is free to choose what he will or will not do in life, and a 5 month old infant.

are you talking about Palin's VP campaign? if yes, her grandchild wasn't even born yet... how could they prop him up on stage? or are you talking about her own baby? come on... all of her children were up there with her... that's not unusual... if she didn't include him, can you imagine what people would have said about that? they would have accused her of being ashamed of her own down syndrome baby...
