I could be wrong, but I don’t think the law says that if they accept illegals at in-state prices they have to accept out-of-state citizens at in-state prices. It just says that the state can’t get federal college aid if they charge illegals less. You would need an Obama appointee in the Department of Education push the issue.

Even if they don’t win, it will still cost the state millions to fight it in court, lol

a federal law enacted in 1996 that says any state that offers discounted in-state tuition to its illegal aliens must provide the same lower rates to all U.S. citizens

I have not read the legislation, but the excerpt reads that they have to charge the exact same, whether state residents or not.
