Is a pitbull mix. As you can see by the picture the dominant breed is pitbull. The only labrador signs are the color and the tail. But i guess Labrador mix sounds better.

I saw this story on last night’s local news and do not have any sympathy for the dog owners. First of all, why are pets allowed on hiking trails in the forest? Or, are they? And, if they are allowed, they should be on leash.

This dog was off leash and chased the big cat, whose habitat the forest is. The big cat then defended itself. Okay?

These are irresponsible dog owners who place their own dog in jeopardy, not to mention other hikers who might be surprised by their dog.

If you want your dog to enjoy off-leash freedom, do it in your own backyard.
