I will check out the diet you suggest. I have tried every commercial dog food on the market, including venison and potato nothing seems to make a difference with this dog. I got a chuckle out of the not bathing comment. Your dogs must live outside or you must not live in a hot humid climate like the Gulf Coast. Also my JRT’s sleep with us in our bed so not bathing them is not an option.

Our dogs mostly live inside, but do have free run on our property during the day. We do live in western NY state, and have relatively cool summers compared to you.

Raw fed dogs usually do not have that “doggy” smell, even when wet.

Did I mention to you that we try to avoid vaccinations as much as possible? Lots of dogs seem to get their immune systems messed up from vaccines, and this might be related to the onset of so many allergies.
