FOUR students claim they were kept in solitary confinement for two weeks before being expelled from the Oprah Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, amid allegations of sexual misconduct.
The girls, who were among seven pupils accused of forcing fellow students into sexual relationships and engaging in bullying and harassment, told a South African newspaper of how they were treated before being sent home.

This is far more a condemnation of South Afican society in general than a case of Orca-negligence.
I understand that at one time South Africa was a nice, civilized place. I don't hear it described that way much anymore.

She put her name on Jeremiah Wright and Barack Obama as well. She later disassociated herself from Wright but did not take Barack Obama to task for defending Wright.
She has marching Oprahbots who blindly buy whatever books she puts on her mailing list (my own city blindly buys 50 copies of the Oprah Book Club titles). They also sign on for whatever philosophy she turns to this week.
She holds herself up as a leader. She should be careful what she endorses.

Oprah should abandon her tv show, move to South Africa and become the headmistress.
