Obama Failure To Exhibit Strength to Our Enemies, Just Like Jimmy Carter
Posted on 04/04/2009 8:10:58 PM PDT by Recovering_Democrat
Today, April 4, 2009, North Korea launched a long range rocket in defiance of "warnings" by the United States.
What does this remind me of--just less than 80 days into Hussein's occupation of the White House?
Jimmy Carter's administration. The guy didn't scare anyone, because he was SO ANXIOUS to kiss their butts and try to be friends.
The NKs do not fear Hussein. Neither does Putin/Medvedev. Neither does Hamas. Neither does Iran.
Everyone knows his philosophy is to try and be pals with the scum of the earth.
So now we see: our enemies defying our "demands", because they know he is weak.
Neville Chamberlain, Jimmy Carter, and now...B. Hussein Obama.

Joe Biden - doofus that he is - did warn us.
There would be a crisis.
And what better time for N. Koreas to launch.
When Obammie is overseas bowing to his superiors.

This is from a April 3rd article posted on FR:
As North Korea fueled a multistage rocket Thursday for its threatened satellite launch, President Barack Obama promised a "stern" response
I knew then that Kim would carry out his launch like he said...and Obama would do nothing unlike he said.

Are we surprised? Obama told the Europeans before he was elected that his country hadn't always acted appropriately and he just finished telling them that we are arrogant. I think he's sent a clear message to others that he doesn't much like this country. North Korea, Iran and others probably doubt his sincerity to defend it.

The stern response is a reference to turning to stern and running.

Anybody want to lay odds on how long it will be before the Chinese grab Taiwan? Given the “stern response” out of DC (dunce cap?), one has to wonder why they wouldn’t move.

Yeah, The Iranians just put in an order for the production of 100 plus rockets.
The next thing you know, Iran will be sending dirty nukes to Israel. No need to use nuclear weapons similar to the Hiroshima bomb, just make Israel uninhabitable. Oh, the Palestinians? Why should Iran worry about them? There is still 1.5 billion Muslims in the world.

when a politician tries to get everyone to like him,it usually ends up that no one does.

The only one happy about this incompetant, arrogant community organizer is Jimmy Carter. He can no go peacefully to his grave knowing Obama took his place as the worst in history. Wait until Obama’s CHANGE goes into effect, this is when the party really begins!
