There is still something on the order of $30 billion that has NOT been spent from Katrina funds. Nobody left to claim them.
I just recovered from amnesia precipitated by flying debris to my head during Katrina. Where can I pick up a billion or two? Make that 5 seeing as Hussein is devaluing our dollar and taxing anything I would make off the deal.
My guess is start at FEMA and the SBA. Worth a try.
