Rock On My Brother!!!! A big THANK YOU for that. Awesome catch there. That Rhino guy can get cut some good licks on guitar.
Also Thanks for severing I salute you with the utmost of respect. Thanks for running silent and running deep keeping the the bear on it’s toes and our shores safe.
Welcome to the bungle.
Axl (McCain) Rose.....My friends, I am a maverick!
I am not sure where they come from, but I think their singer grew up next to a freeway or something. Also, only Ozzy can get away with making a one syllable word into 2 syllables (Fe-arrr). That GNR guy just sounds like a constipated cat....MI...EEEE...IEEE...IEEE>>>its like a comic book with sound!
It was bound to burn. Axel Rose is just a hophead with a screechy voice
Slash is no longer with GNR. He is with Velvet Revolver along with Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum. The lead singer is Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. Axel is the only band member left of GNR.
“the most expensive to produce album ever in rock (est. at $13 million) drops from #3 to #18 in only about a week.”
Like any liberal project, the only ones who made any money on this was the attorneys.
buckethead then
How in heck did it climb to 3?! Are there really that many people with morbid curiosity?
A friend of mine was joking a week ago about all the copies of “Chinese Democracy” clogging up the bins at the local used CD store at a buck each.
Besides, how can you respect a guy who had his butt kicked by Tommy Hilfiger?
Not even him. Ron Thal is their guitarist, now.
I am sooo behind the curve..
Hey Thanks again! :) It has been awhile since I have delved into Progressive-Rock/Jazz-Fusion. Good song and video there. Reminds me of groups like:
Starcastle- “Lady Of The Lake” & “Eliptical Seasons”
Emerson,Lake,&Palmer- “Brain Salad Surgery”, “Fanfare For The Common Man”, “Tarkus” & “Toccata”
Nektar- “Recycled” & “Remember The Future”
Atomic Rooster- “Lost In Space” “All in Satan’s Name”, “The Devil’s Answer” & “Sleeping for Years”
The Alan Parsons Project- “Raven”, “Breakdown”, “Time”, & “Turn of a Friendly Card”
Jefferson Starship- “I Want to See Another World” & “Find Your Back”
Kansas- “Devil Game”, “Down the Road” “Sparks of the Temptest” & “Song for American”
Yes- “Roundabout”, “Close to the Edge”, & “It Can Happen”
And of course all of Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, and King Crimson to name just a few.
Sorry to get all long there but those are the songs and groups that come to mind when listening to the Guru Guru link.
Correction that is “Find Your Way Back” sigh* by Jefferson Starship
