Could this be things to come?? Maybe people should open their minds and their eyes to what has happened in other countries!
This is more or less based on what could happen if the 2nd amendment was abolished and Obama also institutes his radical law to criminalize those who shoot and kill burglers etc. It has already been tried before...it doesn’t work!

Amen. Nothing feels quite right, does it? We're worried sick about the economy and worried even sicker about what the left has up their sleeve to change the fundamental freedoms we only assume we have. Those of us who know enough to be scared are also too old to adequately defend these freedoms. I can only hope that the young, brave souls from the military understand what we are facing.
The Second Amendment won’t be abolished so much, as it will be - “encumbered”. There are already a lot more requirements put upon gun ownership than there used to be, plus localities have taken the initiative in setting up their own more stringent rules for the purchase, care and feeding of guns and small arms.
The power to command fees, and apply taxes, and demand compliance with terms of ownership and access, are all going to be stepped up in the near future.
Home defense may become a very important issue in the very near future. Haiti used to have the “Tontons Macoutes” until the Duvalier family was thrown out of power there.

Very challenging. Of course, the situations are not exactly the same. Code Pink can go out and fight for what they believe in because they have nothing else to do. Mostly their occupations could be put down as “Political agitator”.
OTH, most conservatives actually have to devote a sizeable proportion of their time to working.

Glenn Beck said this morning on Fox & Friends that in one year we will not recognize our economy.
They are spending us in to bankrupcy.
Yes but what is that message - “The world is so unfair and owes us a living”? “Peace uber alles”? “Give me what I want or I will scweam and scweam and scweam until I am sick - and it will be YOUR fault”?
The way we deport ourselves is the biggest testimony to our character.
The public education system, infiltrated by communists & sympathizers,
has succeeded in redefining “freedom” in most of those that have passed through its doors.
Freedom WAS defined as the freedom TO do whatever without the interference of government. This led to reward for achievement and punishment for sloth.
Freedom NOW is defined as freedom FROM - freedom from want, need, etc, and of course, always with a hidden expense.
Freedom TO has hidden benefits and visible costs (wealth disparity and poverty of the unambitious) - something politicians avoid like the plague.
Freedom FROM has highly visible benefits, and most importantly, hidden costs.
