I guess the NFL are trying to see how many people are willing to watch a game on the internet.

NFL PING

FReepmail scott says to be added to, or to be taken off the NFL Ping list...

This is used to be a fairly high volume ping list, but I simply have lost interest.....

I have it on the NFL Network in HD.
The Pat look horrible again. When Brady went down I knew it was gonna be a tough year. The offense cannot get anything going and the defense is simply horrible.
They are not a very good team plain and simple.
Not intensity, desire or effort by the Pats—what a letdown.

Pats down 24 to 6.
They look absolutely horrible.....
Don't get it on fourth down, what a surprise.
This team has gone from excellent to pitiful very quickly.....sigh.
I hope they show up for the second half because that was embarrassing.

They look horrendous!

Yeah, an embarrassing half. I guess Tom Brady meant even more to that team than I thought.

“Jets lead” is an understatement.

My Patsies are getting their asses kicked.

They’re back in it. 24-13.

Long ways to go.

Looks like Boston’s coming back, get the ball at the beginning of the 2nd half.

Without Brady the Pats sub par defense is really exposed. They need to totally rebuild the Linebackers and Secondary. They have a bunch of no-name rookies playing CB and Safety....it is a huge problem.
I guess the plan was to have Brady and the offense score a ton of points to win and let the D develope during the year. When Brady went down the plan was destroyed.
Cassel simply cannot get the job done and the Defense is not good enough to keep them in the game.

Pats just scored—now down 24-13
C’mon guys!! Step it up! At least go down swinging!

I am not excited with this NFL network crew. Sound troubles, and play by play commentary is weak. The camera work is not impressive either.

I do however think that Collingsworth is a terrific color man.

Excellent point. I think Chris Collinsworth made that point last week saying that with Brady in there, the Patriot D, especially the secondary, could really t-off because the offense always scored so many points.

"available on the Web"

That's about it. I have hated NFLN with a passion ever since last year's Cowboys vs Packers game was on the NFLN. The game of the year for the Cowboys, and I was stuck with a crappy, bogged internet stream.

They need to can the NFLN. As if being unwatchable for most people wasn't bad enough, they have the worst play by play team in NFL history. Chris Collinsworth and Bryant Gumble. Even if I could watch it on TV, I would keep it on mute. They are THAT bad....

They will be Lucky to make the playoffs this year and will not get very far.Next year they need Brady back, the offense will be fine.
Its the Defense that is in need of a MAJOR upgrade. Draft linebackers and the best possible talent at all positions—and go out in Free Agency and get the 2 VERY BEST cornerbacks.
They spent a fortune on Moss and now need to do the same for cornerbacks-—it has to be done for this team to seriously compete next year.
This year is going to be tough....without Brady this is a 9-7 team.....

It’s pretty useless, the only good thing it has is replaying games! But really, it’s difficult to find time for that anyway. Sometimes, when Sunday games are going on, it is worth tuning in to get the latest scores of games, but even at that, they have some sort of broadcast that sounds like it is coming out of AM Radio while graphics of games are up on the screen and the audio is not that good.

Couldn’t agree more. The Defense is just old and it’s going to take a couple years, easy, to rebuild it. And, without Brady, you just don’t have the firepower to overcome it.
