I want restitution for the Eqyptians enslaving my ancestors.
Also, I understand the English and several others want restitution for the Roman occupation.
That said, I make restitution every April 15.
And blacks sold other blacks to the slavers. So what?
I wasn’t even 8 years old then. I do not support the institutions of slavery, segregation, and racism. They are contrary to the principles of this nation.
But as I say, I wasn’t even 8 years old then, and if that is good enough to explain away any of Bill Ayers’ actions and Barack Obama’s association with this man, then it should be good enough to exempt me from any financial obligation.
You know something... neither I, nor my father, nor his father, nor even HIS father EVER owned a slave. So, I would like to say that any Black American thinking I owe them because of the slavery issue is nothing more than a fool.
If we “repair” people who were personally never wronged, then let’s factor in the trillions spent on “poverty” until now, and also “spread the wealth” from Oprah, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Bill Cosby, ...
Not all whites owned slaves some whites were slaves. My ancestors to be exact were Scottish slaves here in the states. So if you want reparations simply sue the families of the ones who owned slaves. But first prove you are descendants of slaves then prove the individual family owned your ancestors. Then let's talk. Other wise go to work!
So by the new rules of loose historical association, I believe I am owed restitution from all peoples who currently speak a Romance language: Italy, Spain, France, Latin America, etc.
I hope my cause gets brought up by Obama at the UN.

Been there, done that --- welfare state, progressive/oppressive taxation, affirmative action, etc. Freebies just keep 'em on a plantation of a different kind, while (temporarily) easing the guilt of perpetually guilt-ridden white liberals.
