I can’t stand Lennon’s “Imagine” and turn it off every time it comes on the radio.

Well, what you would normally do is simply go back to your original thread and BUMP it. No need to re-post the same thread.

“Christianity is attacked as ‘hate speech.’”

Bull Hockey!

Where? Not in the US, if there are Christians who want to claim persecution in our great country, try going to Sudan, China, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Occupied Palestine, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Trust me, ‘Persecute American Christians,’ you have it better than anyone else in the world—find something else to whine about.

In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine voted "Imagine" the third greatest song of all time.

Yet more proof that RS ceased to be relevant in the 1970s.

Imagine was not a #1 song according to Billboard. It only reached #3 and did not get an RIAA Gold Record, according to my sources.

The Beatles music was basically divided into three phases:

1) The Fun Phase-1964-1966.
2) The Socailly Conscious Phase-1966-1967.
3) The Street Drugs and Politics Phase-1967-1970 and beyond as solo entities.
