lucky for the perp the policeman didn't bag up the smell and bring it to court.
Prosecutor, "Judge I am handing you exhibit A. A plastic bag housing the gas that was intentionally aimed and passed 'in the general direction' of the officer."
Judges takes the ZipLoc plastic bag, opens it and takes a big whiff. He jerks his head away from the bag, "Damn! That shi- is deadly. I sentence Jose to life in prison for attempted murder. "
:-) Just sayin'. It could have gone down that way. :-D
