Still trying to comprehend all of this...
Yup. I’ve got Palinmania as well.
.
.
.
Heres how Ive been bumping Palin/Obama threads today.
Sung to the tune of Oh! Susanna, dont you cry for me.
Oh, no Bama, please dont lie to me... for Im off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee.
I come from Minnesota with my laptop on my knee;
Im goin to Free Republic my true love for to see.
It rained all night the day I left,
the weather it was dry;
The sun so hot I froze to death,
Obama dont you lie.
Oh! No Bama, dont you lie to me;
I come from Minnesota,
with my laptop on my knee.
I had a dream the other night,
When everything was still;
I thought I saw Obama dear,
A-coming down the hill.
The smearing lie was in Duluth,
The tear was in his eye,
Said I, Im coming for the truth
Obama dont you lie.
Oh! No Bama, dont you lie to me;
Im off to Free Republic,
with my laptop on my knee.
I fight in my pajamas,
Its plain for all to see.
I aim to be the next Buckhead;
The media all hate me.
I fell in love with Sarah
When my sister bit a moose.
The Guvnors family ate it up
And then they set it loose.
Oh! No Bama, dont you lie to me;
Im off to Free Republic,
with my laptop on my knee.
She loves her sons, she likes her guns,
and Trigonometry.
The media will jump the shark
When Juan makes history.
Well, JimRob knows shell pave the trolls
So controversially,
And Berg will knock Obama down
With friends of Hillary.
Oh! No Bama, dont you lie to me;
Im off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee.
I soon will be in Hawaii,
And then Ill look all round,
And when I find his birth record,
Ill fall upon the ground.
But if I do not find it,
This Freeperll surely die,
And when Im dead and buried,
Obama dont you lie.
Oh! No Bama, dont you cry for me;
Im off to Free Republic with a laptop on my knee

Thanks to all of the media created “controversy” over the last few days, I’d imagine the ratings tonight were pretty high. Not to mention that people will be talking about this speech for some time. Glowingly.
In a completely heteronoirminal way “ I am sooooo in love”
I got it (Palinmania) too!
Everytime I see her, I imagine a wind machine blowing around her and “Rock you like a Hurricane” playing in the background.
I think I may be a terminal case, LOL.
This may sound academic but when you go to film school, you are taught that the main character in a story needs a “f*** you!” moment.
We just witnessed a Christian woman giving her version of a fyou moment to the MeanStreamMedia.
Thank You Lord for creating Sarah Palin.
Yep, you said it perfectly. I just *love* how she delivered some of the hardest shots of the convention and still managed to be a lady and all class.
I was thinking of the western cowgirl and the good the bad and the ugly theme playing in the background.
this was a classic set up and ambush...the MSM played right into it
this move will be studied for years to come in strategy sessions.
thank you lord!

Oh, smart political operators, and college "poli-sci" classes will be dissecting the *entirety* of Steven Schmidt's campaign this year for decades. It's really been quite brilliant.
This latest is just that the latest in a long series of moves which began when Obama returned from his "victory lap".
Axelrod has been pwned at every turn since that time, and it has to be killing them. They've been off-balance, off-message, and on defense for months, and it just keeps getting better...

schmidt and co. had them as soon as they came back from EU.
and the key is that the obama camp is off message since then. Even his speech at DNC was so much less than his primary examples.
Lesson learned? Put the other player on defense and you eventually capture the board.
Roves protege has become the master..plain and simple.
It goes a bit deeper, than that, due to the unique dynamics of this campaign. They could *not* go for the knockout blow, before Obama had actually secured the nomination officially at the convention. Too much risk of a Hillary substitution for that, so they used a "death of many cuts" strategy to weaken, but not make untenable, an Obama candidacy, while at the same time, putting them on defense to keep the race close.
The DNC fell into that first trap, and we are seeing the results of it now. They got hampered by the "death of many cuts", then blindsided by the Governor Palin pick, which they were obviously totally unprepared for. Now, it's a whole new race, and Axelrod is out of his depth...
