Vanity: Are we (or are we not) allowed to post AP articles?

There seem to be a good number of them posted lately. Has the ban been lifted (or at least modified?)

And yes, I am logged on. (Also logged in, over, under, around, through, and any other prepositions you smart alecky Freepers want to throw in there.)

A straight answer from a definitive source would be nice.

AP caved, they are postable, but still need to be excerpted.
