Um, if this brings that much joy to your life, go with it. Meanwhile, as Apple is disclosing security vulnerabilities, Windows viruses outnumber those for OS X by about 60,000 to zero.

Well all that may or may not be true. However Microsoft was not not number one on the list. Let me tell you who was. It was APPLE. No sense bringing up a lot of extraneous data. The facts are the facts. I been hearing "Yeah buts" all day and APPLE has not been moved from NUMBER ONE in reported security vulnerabilities. Based on all the Apple hype over the years, you would think they would not even be on the list, much less all of a sudden show up at NUMBER ONE? There is no way I was just going to let this go by.

No sense bringing up a lot of extraneous data.

Here's a data point which may seem extraneous to you, but doesn't to me:

Number of minutes I've spent dealing with security issues on my computers since going on the net in the late 1990's = 0.

That's zero minutes of my time in over ten years, and no problems have resulted. Maybe that's all going to change now that Apple is top of the disclosed vulnerability list. If that happens, I'll begin messing with security software for the first time in my life.
