American of Italian (Naples to be exact) heritage here... my little group is pretty hard to come by here in the Lone Star State.

I was up in north TX earlier today... I would like a voucher for a nice little plot of land (2-3 acres) in Frisco or Prosper or Celina... where can this NY "yankee," Roman Catholic, dyed-in-the-wool, Texas A&M Aggie, conservative (should be a "protected" class) sign up for one of them vouchers?
