Apparently, more than 30 of these were produced, with air conditioning, for the express duties of support for exercises, to hold computer equipment and other electronics, which makes sense considering the antenna configuration on this vehicle. Made back in 2005, apparently they’re still kicking around.

Is that a roof ac unit on the very back of the hummer? I would guess that the UAV needs to be kept in some kind of climate controlled conditions when not in use...or they want to keep the ice cold in the back of the hummer....either way that’s cool.
It looks like a specialized command post type vehicle to me. I have no idea if it is genuine, tho.
