Don’t know if it’s the same guy, but we’ve had a nutcase around California for years who babbles about Steven King killing John Lennon, or some such nonsense. The hosts are all on to him but he occasionally gets on. Drives around in an old white van with 40,000 weird bumper stickers all over it.
