Ok, truth in advertising. Fat is 5'8 and 220. 'Heavy' is maybe 150, for a dancer under 30.

Tone absolutely, obvious muscle is generally not attractive.

Everybody has an ideal, but would agree that enthusiasm helps.

I don’t see looks as being abandoned at all....just the scope broadened back the way it used to be....

Think back to the the movies of the 40’s and 50’s....you had everything from Audrey Hepburn to Jane Russell to Mae West. And not one was considered ‘ideal’.

The concept of one size or type being perfect is very very new. These women are simply back to the old days. Which is good.
