I already gave you three sources not counting wikipedia. I’m pretty sure you will find that Hornady sells .312” dia bullets for use in the 303 british and other foreign 30 caliber rifles, while speer sells .311” dia bullets for the same rifles. I don’t have my hornady and speer books at home so I can’t give you page numbers and publish dates.
