He's right. It's such an "in" phrase among such a small subculture, it's reminded me of the ill-fated 1989 Christian Slater skate punk movie Gleaming The Cube.

Hmm... I wouldn’t count on that, it’s pretty popular among high school and college students, even non-gamers (unlike my tagline). More likely it’s going to be like ‘rad’ was - a slang word that caught on for a while then went out of style.
