Yeah the problem with her being soooo not guilty is that no red-blood male child or man would be able to say no, and they ALL want it.

Probably because most 18 year olds are mature enough to know they don’t need a middle age sex partner

That's funny, you forgot your sarcasm tag. LOL

Nein, mein Herr.

What I said, using the German because of their reputation for various varieties of statism, was to draw attention to your blind acceptance of law. because it is law.

Did nothing of either the non-violent protests or Nuremberg ever get taught in any of your classes? Did none of your educators ever mention America as a land of principles versus the European history of a being lands of law?

Was nothing mentioned of the dangers of allowing legal rationalism (Google it) to supplant American historic experience/success as a land of principles rather than a land of laws as legal rationalism postulates?

Well, they are structured so that 16 & 17 year olds aren’t in jeopardy. but we have run into situations where for example a boy turns 18 and the girl is 17 and they get arrested and he carries a statutory rape conviction around for the rest of his life, not to mention going on certain sex offender registries.

There are some things that are very wrong about our laws, but most of us on this site would agree that just because they’re going to do it anyway is not a reason to condone bad behavior.

Its a law I agree with. Are you saying its ok for adults to raid middle schools for their latest sexual conquest?

Why aren’t teachers going for 18 year olds? Probably because most 18 year olds are mature enough to know they don’t need a middle age sex partner.

#1 - Ral Raupman

#2 - Obsessive-Compulsive government employees cain't use their blank taxpayer-funded checkbook to prosecute if the "victim" is 18 years old.

But as a former 14 year old boy, I think I can say with authority that I myself would not have felt in the least bit violated had a teacher like this one seduced me. On the contrary, it would have made me feel like the biggest stud that ever walked the earth.

Ahhh, so if this beautiful woman had seduced you and she was into S&M or had some other really nasty sexual fetishes you wouldn't have felt violated? You are making a blanket statement based on how hot this woman is and are acting as if every sexual encounter is a light-hearted romp in the hay.

Hell, I’d feel weird if my wife did any of that stuff to me, and we’ve been married fifteen years. I really am kind of stuffy about sex these days.

When I was a teenage boy, however, the mere fact that a grownup woman was after me would have been enough. Most teenage boys have serious teacher crushes at some point; to have one of these fantasies come true in real life would have been like winning a lottery jackpot. My ninth-grade science teacher, for example, was the talk of the locker room. She was so cute and voluptuous that even if she’d offered to give one of us a kimchee enema, I have no doubt every one of us would have taken her up on it, if only for the chance to see her utterly spectacular body.

Again, I’m not saying that any of this is morally right or anything. I’m just telling you how it is. Teenage boys are just like that. Have we learned nothing from thirty years of Van Halen?

“Are you saying its ok for adults to raid middle schools for their latest sexual conquest?”

I did not so say, not could that have been assumed from what I posted.

What I did say, was that to assume that a teen aged boy is somehow “damaged” by sex with a teacher who all agree is very sexually desirable (note I said nothing of her other lacks, judgement being the first issue) is a stretch worthy of the comic book character “PlasticMan”.

When the law is used by FemiNazis, lawyers, and the child advocacy community to criminalize human behavior which has been well recorded at least as far back as the time when Moses wrote the basics of what became Mosaic Law, then the law has fallen into the hands of asses.

That, Dear Sir, is how and why the cartoon of nine robed judges behind a court bench came to be the symbol of “assinine”.

When “Da Law” mandates the shenanignas this case has produced, hte resulting affront to common sense degrades the essential respect for the law which must be a part of this Republic if we are to remain free.

Despite “Da Law” and the abovementioned assorted, sordid conspiracy of socialists, there is a difference between male and female.

This case is a perfect case in point of why the socialism driven, social engineering of the Democrapic Party, has made the courts a source of jokes for the late night show hosts.

If a commonly agreed upon young female teacher allows a callow youth to mount her, that may be said to have convicted her of the charge of stupidity, adultry, and baaaad judgement.

It should not be used as an excuse to allow the 900# gorilla of government to create a legal circus which can only cause all who watch to lose respect for their government.

That loss is the goal of the Gramscian impaired, you know.

Read Antonia Gramsci and I am sure you will see his communism stained hands in this circus, busy guiding the hands of the consortium of Nasties I defined earlier in this post.
