Herndon Police Investigate Homicide posted 12:16 pm Sun October 28, 2007 -
Herndon (Virginia) police are investigating a homicide the occurred Saturday night.
Officers were called to the 1,000-block of Alabama Drive around 9:45 p.m. Saturday. Investigation revealed 20-year-old Luis Miguel Abrego Romero stabbed Juan Jose Alvarenga Alvarenga in the upper torso.
Alvarenga was transported to INOVA Fairfax Hospital where he later died.
Officers say Romero fled the scene on foot and his current whereabouts are unknown.

Basically it is day laborer on day laborer crime.
And guess who pays the ambulance and crime scene investigation bills.
Anyone ask questions about MS-13 or one of the other gangs? Northern Virginia is a hotbed for the Central American gangs.
However, just reading the crime logs for that general area online, would have your head spinning.
It seems nearly all the violent assault-type crimes, DWI and public drunkeness violations are hispanic surnames. This, in a state like Virginia so far from the southern border!
So much for diversity! :-)
The Route 1 corridor in eastern Prince William is so heavily infested with crime and poverty. It's also occupied primarily by "minorities"--more or less Hispanics now. The schools in that area are terrible, banks closed branches on Route 1 due to weekly robberies, etc.
I have to admit: Northern Virginia in 2007 is a world of a difference from the rest of Virginia. Even here in Charlottesville...it's totally different from Fairfax or Prince William.

Do you think the people will revolt in essentially moderate or liberal counties in Virginia that have become infested with illegals and all the crime that comes with it?
Or will they continue to go down the hellhole all for the sake of diversity?
Sanctuary cities and states are illegal and those who endorse them ought to be ashamed of themselves! >:-(
In a month, this will be another statistic used to claim that “violence against Hispanics is up, and it’s mostly because of the anti-immigrant rhetoric of the Republicans”.
They already wrote that story once last week, in an attempt to stop the Republican surge in Virginia over the immigration issue.
Meanwhile, every local democrat is running advertising claiming they hate illegal immigrants too. Even those who show up at the rallies fighting laws against “undocumented workers”.
The hope is that a lot of ‘liberals’ who vote democrat now that have moved into expensive neighborhoods in NoVa are fed up with illegals, but afraid of being labelled racists.
So when polled, they still speak the democrat line. But when they enter the voting booth, they will vote republican to stop the illegals.
I’ll say this — if you support the fight against illegal immigrants, you should send money to embattled republicans in Virginia. Nearly EVERY tough race includes a republican who is strongly against illegals. If the republicans lose this election, it will be seen as a repudiation of the anti-illegal-immigration stance.
You can even call local committees, or the Republican Pary of Virginia, and volunteer to make phone calls.
Well, if it seems that way, it must be.
The liberals will move away. They always do. Silently.
