Duke deserves to be sued. There should have been some firings over how this was handled.

Although there was a settlement earlier, Duke violated the confidentiality agreement. Pressler should be entitled to further damages now. Duke administrators and faculty should be held personally liable as well.

The school caved to liberal interests clamoring for blood, anyone’s blood, but blood to pay for the damage this ‘poor innocent woman’ experienced.
They convicted the kids and the coach in advance. For heaven’s sake, the coach... Like this guy was involved in the supposed crime.
I have no sympathy for university administrators anyway, so this is more or less a two-fer.

Is there any way to get to those so judge mental professors who found these students instantly guilty?
I understand that one of these professors apologized but the rest continues in their professorial hiding places.
