I agree with you. Why the media got hot and bothered by McNabb when they had McNair is a wonder to me. If a black QB thing is news, and with the media it seems to be, why pick McNabb over McNair? McNair produced in Tenn and Baltimore. He plays through injuries and continues to be successful. McNabb to me is something of cry baby, who always finds fault with others. BTW, the Philly success over the last six years was due to their killer defense rather than their offense. They had their shot at a Super Bowl and failed. That team does not exist anymore, someone should tell McNabb and the media. Did you notice that 8 out of 9 analyst on ESPN picked the Eagels to win. We were not more than 10 minutes into the game and the analyst were making excuses for Philly.

McNair is a better QB. Not quite an Iron Man but he does play through injuries - which a lot of fans admire - but he is one hell of a compitetor. Like someone said on another thread, almost won the Super Bowl. Tennessee lost not because the QB choked and barfed in the huddle but because the Rams defense made a hell of play on the receiver. McNair delivered in that Super Bowl and though he lost, he showed himself to be the better field general than McDrabb.

McNair is a country boy who plays in a small market. He hunts deer, drinks beer and lives his life. He also is truly a tough guy whereas McNabb pretends to be one.

He also has never been involved with Rush in a way the liberal media could rally around him and make themselves feel good because they defend him.
