I don’t know if it’s possible to beagle-proof a fence unless you pour a foot of concrete around it or run a hot wire around the inside at ground level. That’s funny about him getting under the house. Maybe he was looking for an escape route under there, or more possum mummies.

He is a perimeter checker... the little bastage. So far so good. Got zapped by the hot wire across the bottom at the back gate... ARP! HA!

The good news is he’s not a little beagle. He’s a tank. Did I tell you he weighs 47 pounds? Probably should weigh 42. He’s not a little lap poodle. And he’s too big to fit through the field fence in the back. I think. He’d at least get high centered in it.
