I think you are being a liitle harsh on Mr. Giordino. With his sensibilities, he has a promising future in the New York Democratic political machine as soon as he takes care of the imminent felony convictions. But as death doesn’t prevent Democrats from voting early and often, I don’t suspect that the plucky Mr. G will be deterred by a couple of felonies.

I was going to say he might have a bright future with the ACLU, but your scenario with the NY democRatic political machine sounds like an even better opportunity for him.
