Back in 1966 or so, my physics professor had an open question session. I asked him what he thought UFO’s were. He turned out to have two old friends & colleagues who were involved in projects which he thought might bear on the issue.

One was a technology which could project into the minds of the enemy massive forces and arms on our side which were not actually there. He said that the technology was MOSTLY perfected WAY BACK THEN.

An I heard nothing from my prof in my PhD program working in classified brain research . . . which would lead me to believe otherwise.
