I'm going to post links then get ready for the charity we called to come get the old van we've donated to them.
My ‘cross the street neighbor is moving, sure wish I could buy his 14 acres, real nice, big ole oaks, the ones that survived the storm that is, moving to Texas.
Our Golden Cross had a very successful organization meeting yesterday with 14 ‘old folks’ showing up. Good plans started to be made too, we are going to invite other church Sr’s to join us. The requirements for membership, to Be a beliver in Jesus Christ and He is our personal Saviour, all invited who believe this and we do not discuss any beliefs of any church, just goo old good Christian fellowship. Going to invite other church groups across America to join up with the cause. It is a good way for getting to know each other and do some good in the name of Christ. gotta be 50 and older but if one comes who is younger, they eat and join in conversation with us old folks. As we all know, we will not get out of this world alive so, enjoy the Christian fellowship.
We were called the other day by Foster Care and told
D that the adoption approval is being mailed to us on Trevor Jason, TJ for short. In a couple or three weeks he will be adopted by D and SIL, my instant grandson. Already talk about getting a little girl from Foster Care otherwise, a instant grand daughter. So many of these children are out there that will never have a future, no telling what they will grow up to be but with love, miracles can be achieved.
Going to rain today, heavy at times but we need it and besides, I get a day of rest which I need.
My wee little chicks are getting not so wee anymore
they are growing by leaps and bounds and the turkeys are as lazy as can be, they tickle me. Got one Tom one Hen, won’t be too long before they start talking turkey.
It is off to check my garden and to put some feed on the plants before it rains. Talk to you later.
